Introduction
Established in 2004 by the Nagpur Pallottine Society, St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology (SVPCET), Nagpur, carries forward the 150-year legacy of the Pallottines, founded by St. Vincent Pallotti. Rooted in a tradition of service, education, and holistic development, the college has built a reputation for academic excellence while fostering strong student–alumni connections. A key part of this mission is its focus on alumni mentorship, designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world guidance.
The Challenge
Before adopting a structured alumni engagement system, SVPCET faced significant hurdles:
-
Unorganized Alumni Data – Scattered records made it difficult to identify and reach alumni for mentorship.
-
Informal Mentorship – Alumni–student interactions lacked consistency and measurable impact.
-
Time-Consuming Event Management – Organizing and promoting events required manual coordination.
-
Sustained Engagement – Ensuring regular alumni involvement was a constant challenge.
The Solution: Why AlmaShines – The Best Choice
To overcome these challenges, SVPCET partnered with AlmaShines Alumni Management Platform to build a streamlined and structured ecosystem for alumni engagement.
